OCSSC Coed Football is played with 5 male & 3 female players per team on the field. 2 completions earns a 'first down' and 1 out of every 3 plays must use a female as the 'operative' player in the play. There is NO contact other than the 2 hand touch- so everyone has safe involvement & tons of FUN!

AUGUST 14 Beach Football Tournament:

Limited to the first 10 TEAMS to SIGN UP !!

Coed Coed 2 hand Touch Football
Pool play in the early hours determines advancement & seeding for the afternoon tournament! Each team will play at least 3 games! Games will be the same rules & #'s as our regular seasons - please see the links above!

Date: Saturday Aug 14
Location: 14th St Huntington Beach (on the sand)
Team Checkin: 9:30
Games Start by 10:00 & run every hour till we have a winner :-)

Cost : $300 per Team (so if you have a team of 10, it breaks down to $30ea for 3 games)

Registration will Open July 23 under the 'Football' tab
and will Close when the 10th Team has registered!

Weekend Event with Free Admission & Pay to Play Sports.

Sports entry includes: T-shirt, 1 drink ticket per player, & prizes for top 3 teams per sport.

Coed 4's Beach Volleyball on Thursday Nights:

Volleyball 4's will be coming to the N. Side of HB Pier in mid August! !!

Season: Starts Aug 5 with games Thursday nights 6-8 pm
Season lasts 9 weeks with prizes & sponsor bar specials!

OCSSC & Sinjin Sports have worked together to deliver a VB League to the HB Pier.

Our Mission

The Orange County SSC creates year-round opportunities for individuals to play a variety of team sports in a social atmosphere that continues into happy hours and lasts long after the games are over. It’s the perfect marriage of sports and a social scene that draws participants from all over the city and the surrounding areas each year. The Orange County SSC social calendar is filled every season with kickoff happy hours for each sport, and many other group events like ski/snow board trips throughout the year. The Orange County SSC prides itself in being the areas best opportunity to meet tons of new people in one afternoon. Your main goal in joining the Orange County SSC should be to meet new friends, drink cheap beer and have fun—it’s that simple. There is great value in friendships made through sports—friendships that have lasted longer than any memory of games won or lost. Orange County SSC members are encouraged not to take winning or losing too seriously; they know that the social aspects of the league are more important than a win or a loss. Remember, the Orange County SSC motto is: “For People Who Enjoy Sports, but LOVE To Socialize.”

How To Get Involved

1) Team Registration

• You do not need your full team @ registration (add players until week 2).
• Complete the Team registration form (online) and pay your $200 deposit.
• OCSSC can help fill your roster with individual registrants.
• Recruit your players (@ $60 ea. it takes 4 to cover your deposit).
• When your roster is full turn in your team balance & roster sheet.
• On Game Day - begin your "Road to the Championship".

2) Individual Registration

• OCSSC helps you find a team.
• You could be places on a team that requests more players.
• You could be placed on a team of all Individual registrants.
• Complete the Individual registration form (online) and pay the $60 fee.
• As teams are formed you will be told what team you are on.
